the projector openeings with aluminum sheet and painted the entire cover
with chrome paint. |

10. Panasonic
ignitor is installed inside the headlight housing to weather-proof the high-voltage
connections. It's wedged in an area that was just big enough to fit it. |

13. Stock
rear cover for low-beams installed. The (low-voltage) wires you see on top
go from the external ballast to the ignitor installed inside. Bottom connector
turns on the HID through a new high-capacity relay and custom wiring harness
so the factory wiring isn't overloaded.
